RoadSense
Crowd-sourced road-hazard intelligence for Indian cities. ESP32 nodes on vehicles and a Kotlin Android app report potholes and speed breakers into a live Mapbox heatmap, processed at the edge on Cloudflare.
I'm a computer science student at Gauhati University and a DevOps engineer at VrixaaLabs, working where hardware meets infrastructure. My projects start at the workbench — a microcontroller, a soldering iron, a bad idea — and end up deployed, monitored, and version-controlled.
Right now I'm building CI/CD pipelines at work, leading hackathons on the side, and running a small datacenter's worth of self-hosted services out of my room in Guwahati.
Firmware in C and C++ on ESP32 and RP2040 — BLE keyboards, HID devices, field sensors, security keys. Bare metal, no OS, every byte accounted for.
Docker, Proxmox, pfSense, Cloudflare, Grafana. The dashboards those devices report to — self-hosted, tunneled, and redeployed on every git push.
Infrastructure, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines — Docker, GitHub Actions, and Linux in production.
Led the CYPHER hackathon — the event, the problem statements, and the teams behind it.

Handwired wireless split mechanical keyboard from scratch — ESP32 BLE HID firmware with deep-sleep power management, 18650 battery with TP4056 charging, and a 3D-printed case. No PCB.
Turns a Raspberry Pi Pico into a browser-controlled keyboard, mouse, and macro device over local Wi-Fi — remote input for any machine from any device on the network, no software installs.
Sub-₹2000 sensor node measuring environmental and soil data for agriculture — low-cost field telemetry built to make precision farming accessible.
Hardware security key built on the Raspberry Pi Pico — transforming a $4 microcontroller into a CCID smart-card device via pico-keys-sdk.
Peer-to-peer note-sharing platform that puts privacy first — notes move between peers, not through someone else's server.
Private internal platform deployed for the Guwahati water department — the team uses it as a pin board and internal messaging tool. Handled deployment, hosting, and access setup.
E-commerce storefront taken to production end to end — hosting provisioning, domain and DNS configuration, SSL certificates, production build and go-live, plus post-launch updates for a live store.
Everything I build gets deployed on infrastructure I run myself. A Proxmox hypervisor behind a pfSense gateway with segmented VLANs, Cloudflare Tunnel for ingress, Docker for workloads, and Grafana watching all of it.
Push to git, and the lab redeploys itself — the same pipeline discipline as production, at homelab scale.

I'm open to internships, freelance hardware or infrastructure work, and interesting problems that involve a soldering iron, a terminal, or both. My inbox is the fastest uplink.
